User Settings
Dashboard → User Settings manages your personal HephBot account — separate from any server you administer.
Language & translation
| Setting | Description |

| Preferred language | Default target for Translate context menu and personal flows |
| Use preferred language as translation source | Tell the bot your messages are in this language instead of auto-detect |
Mirror these in Discord with /language.
Translation engine (premium)
If you have user premium:
- Choose self-hosted, managed Groq, or BYOK Groq/OpenAI
- Configure keys, model, prompt, sampling parameters, and delimiters
Personal settings override server defaults when you have active user premium.
Usage statistics
View your translation activity:
- All-time and last-30-day counts
- Token estimates and cost breakdown (BYOK)
- Per-feature usage (slash, context menu, flag reactions, etc.)
Subscription management
- Current tier and renewal date
- Stripe customer portal — update payment method or cancel
- Tenure badges and billing history
- User premium works in any server, DMs, and user-installed contexts
Tutorials & onboarding
Mark guided tutorials complete so they do not auto-open. Reset from User Settings if you want the tour again.
Privacy & cache

Sign out
Ends your Discord OAuth session on the dashboard. Server configurations are unaffected.
Admin override (staff only)
HephBot staff may append ?userId= query params to view another user's settings. Normal users cannot access this.
