Premium Polls
HephBot Polls let server admins run translated, feature-rich polls from the dashboard. Polls require Server Boost – Groq Powered, an active server trial, or equivalent premium tier.
Slash command status
The /poll slash command may be disabled in some builds. Dashboard creation is the supported path.
Access
Dashboard → Premium → Polls
If your server is on the free tier, you'll see an upgrade prompt linking to Premium.
Creating a poll
- Click New Poll
- Set title and options (multiple languages supported via translation)
- Choose voting mode:
- Reactions — emoji votes on the poll message
- Dropdown — select menu under the message
- Text — users reply with option numbers or keywords
- Configure duration or end time
- Optional: schedule send for later
- Click Send — the bot posts to your chosen channel

Results
- Live results update on the Discord message or linked page
- Final results posted when the poll ends
- Dashboard Results tab with export-friendly view
- Public poll pages for web-only voting (shareable link)
Multilingual behavior
Poll text can be translated so each language mirror or channel receives appropriate copy. Pair with Auto Setup for multilingual communities.
Troubleshooting

| Cannot create poll | Confirm server premium or trial on overview card |
| Votes not counting | Check role restrictions and voting mode |
| Message missing after send | Review Error Logs; verify Send Messages permission |
