🐸 Version 3.12.3
February 27, 2026
Summary
New troubleshooting tools, improved admin access controls, and more accurate server statistics.
New Features
Troubleshoot Section (Dashboard)
- A new Troubleshoot section is now available on every server's dashboard page, giving server admins quick access to common repair tools.
- Re-initialize bot — If the bot was added to your server during an outage or if mirroring/commands stopped working, you can now queue a re-initialization directly from the dashboard. The bot will re-run its setup process automatically.
- More troubleshooting tools will be added to this section over time.
Improved Admin Access
- Dashboard admin access is now managed through a proper staff role system instead of a static list, making it easier to onboard new staff members.
Improvements
- More accurate server stats — Server and user counts on the dashboard are now pulled live, reducing the fluctuations seen in previous versions.
- Better error handling — The bot is now more resilient during initial setup, so a single hiccup won't prevent the rest of the process from completing.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where servers added while the bot was offline would not appear in the dashboard or have working commands. The new re-initialize tool in the Troubleshoot section resolves this.
